In July 2018, Hamano Inc. merged Selective Inc. and Tokyo Blouse Inc. through an absorption-type merger and was revamped as the newborn “Hamano” with the aim of securing advantages of the fashion brand business, the core business of TriIs Group and enhancing business synergy as well as efficiency.
