Management Plan

Management Plan

The TriIs group, which is controlling and managing group companies as a holding company, is headed to become further robust and unaffected by business fluctuation.
As well as enhancing the performance of our existing two business portfolios, we plan to acquire two to three more companies to further augment our business foundation. We continue to look for companies with substantial business record, lower leverage, mainly from the outside of our industries. Enhancement of shareholder value is significant to all of the stakeholders surrounding the TriIs group. To that end we have worked on improving our business performance and reinforcing business structure of the TriIs group. We have consecutively distributed the proceeds to our shareholders last three terms. We are convinced that our efforts yield results.
We continue to be bottom-line oriented in order to maintain stable dividend in mid-to-long term while securing or rather increasing net profit for the current term.

Business Policy

With regard to our fashion brand business, centering on our licensing business, Tokyo Blouse Inc. expands its business through deployment of directly managed stores of CLATHAS. Hamano Inc. on the other hand, develops its business through taking advantage of its authentic integrated production at its own factory.
CLATHAS launched new brand color and logo as part of its ongoing rebranding while bringing new-line products matched the image of new CLATHAS to the market. Meanwhile Selective Inc. works on maximizing its profit through product line evolution and visual merchandising with augmented bricks and clicks business model toward further expansion of its online sales.
The business environment surrounding Crearia Inc., which provides construction consultant services where the government budget for disaster prevention or reduction has been increased and services related to infrastructure revamping including river management facilities have been increased, has been favorable for improving our performance. But unfortunately large-scale public works including construction of dams are excluded from its benefits. Crearia aims to improve its performance by way of shifting from its conventional services to more sustainable and up-to-date ones centering on maintenance services through steady accumulation of many small, size-wise yet shinning innovations.
